To fund the initiatives identified in the district's 5-year strategic plan, your elected board of directors is considering placing a tax question, perhaps two questions, on this November's ballot. No decision has been made but this page is here to provide you with information about the process, why it is being considered, and the estimated costs to you. At this time the board has been considering a mill levy increase or a mill levy increase combined with a bond issue to fund capital improvements. We want your feedback!.
